Kevin Roberts is the New York-based CEO Worldwide of Saatchi & Saatchi, part of Publicis Groupe, the world's fourth largest communications group.

CEO of a team of 7000 across 83 countries

Before joining Saatchi & Saatchi in 1997, Kevin held leadership positions with four leading international companies - Gillette, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble and Lion Nathan - across Europe, the Middle East, Canada and New Zealand/Australia.

Under his leadership, Saatchi & Saatchi has achieved record financial and creative performance. Clients of Saatchi & Saatchi include 50 of the world's best performing global brands including Procter & Gamble, Toyota, Lexus, General Mills, Visa International, JC Penney and Novartis. Kevin is a member of the Publicis Groupe Directoire, and Chairman and CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi- Fallon Group.

Author of "Lovemarks: The Future Beyond Brands"

Sought after for his vision, insight and commercial acumen, Kevin's pursuits span business, sports, art, mentoring and education. He is the author of three books (Lovemarks: The Future Beyond Brands; The Lovemarks Effect: Winning in the Consumer Revolution; and Sisomo: The Future On Screen), and is co-author of Peak Performance - Business Lessons From The World's Top Sports Organizations.

Kevin is the inaugural CEO in Residence at Cambridge University's Judge Business School in the UK, and Honorary Professor of the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, Lima. He was made awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the University of Waikato, New Zealand.

Kevin's leadership appointments range from business ambassador for the New Zealand United States Council, to board director of New Zealand's largest publicly-listed company Telecom, and trustee of the Turn Your Life Around Trust, an Auckland charity that mentors at-risk teenagers. A former director of the New Zealand Rugby Union, Kevin is current the Chairman of the Board of USA Rugby.
